I’m always looking for new activities that are both engaging and fun for Quinn. I rarely have a ton of spare time to look up super creative Pinterest projects for us to try; so, when I heard about Pinhole Press, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on some of their products.
Lately, Q is in love with photos. She goes around and points to pictures throughout the house and tries to name the family and friends that are captured in the snapshots. One day, she even insisted on taking our Christmas card on a walk with us!
I decided that we needed a more tactile way for her to play with these pictures while also learning names. The Pinhole Press Family Faces Sticker Book is one of her new favorite things!
Q about lost her mind when she flipped through all of the blank activity pages and realized that there were 8 pages of stickers (over 96 stickers) at the back, all of which have pictures of familiar faces. She started naming off “Dada, Mama…” and was thrilled when she realized that there were even stickers with her own picture on them. She quickly began to place the stickers on the pages.
It was such a joy to watch her imagination take off as she decorated the pages with stickers and her own “masterpieces”. We had a blast! I am thankful that there are so many blank pages, so that we can add to it and draw more pictures as time goes on.
Life can seem cluttered and hectic at times, but it’s moments like these together with Quinn that make me so thankful for the gift of quality time!
